Base Map

I drew a base map of the existing garden. Marking the main fixed elements.
The garden is divided into two halves with a plywood fence. As the original property was a three bedroom terrace house which has been split into two one bedroom flats. We live upstairs in a one bedroom flat

The garden is south facing. With a concrete path down the middle.
A outhouse formally a outside toilet constructed of brick walls tile roofing.
South of the garden over the concrete wall (1m high) is a small block of flats which has lawn surrounding it.
East of the flats is an old cemetery surround with brick walls 3 metres high.
Both neighbours have their entire gardens paved.

Total area is 7.5 m x 2.75m = 20.6 m2
Minus the footprint of the out house which is 1.25m x 1.5m = 1.87m2
Garden area = 18.73m2
